At The Amazing Pupsicle, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
